- 700 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 150 g bean sprouts
- pumpkin seed oil

Divide the salmon into portions, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
