Grilled Onion Rings

Spoonsparrow grilled onion rings are always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 large red onions
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp thyme honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • fresh thyme (for garnish)

Instructions

    Heat the grill. Peel the onions and cut them into 1 cm thick slices. Whisk together the oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

    Place the onion slices on the hot grill and drizzle with the mixture repeatedly. Grill until golden brown on both sides and serve plated with fresh thyme garnish.
