Ingredients

  • 800 g red bream (ready to cook)
  • 2 bunches arugula
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • lemon slice (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the fish inside and out, pat dry, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Mix 2 tbsp oil with lemon juice and brush the fish. Grill each side for about 4 minutes on a grill (best to use a fish grill rack so the skin doesn’t stick).

    Clean the arugula, remove tough stems, wash, drain, and arrange on a plate or large platter. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the arugula and place the grilled red bream on top. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
