Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (about 200 g each)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- Salt
- ground pepper

Preheat the grill.

Rinse the pork chops and pat them dry with paper towels.

Peel the garlic cloves, halve them, and mix with chili flakes, curry powder, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sunflower oil. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture covered for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from the marinade, season with salt and pepper, and grill each side for about 4–5 minutes, brushing with remaining marinade during cooking.
