Ingredients

  • 450 g pork schnitzel
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 bundle arugula
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 6 wraps (pre-made, refrigerated supermarket]

Instructions

    Cut the pork into strips. Wash, trim, halve, deseed, and cut the bell pepper into strips. Sauté the pepper in 2 tbsp oil for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Wash, trim, rinse, and dry the arugula.

    Sear the pork in a pan with 1 tbsp oil until browned on all sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Warm the wraps according to package instructions.

    Distribute the pork, pepper, and arugula onto the wraps and roll them up.
