Ingredients

  • 1 small aubergine
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 600 g sausage
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 tsp Oregano

    Preheat the grill.

    Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into bite‑sized pieces.

    Peel the sausage and slice it into thicker rounds.

    Alternately thread sausage and vegetable pieces onto skewers, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle oregano. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with oil as needed. Serve immediately.
