Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 Stalks Mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

    Peel the pineapple and cut into 1-1.5 cm thick slices. Grill each side for 3-4 minutes on a hot grill.

    Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely slice. Stir the lemon juice and vanilla sugar into the mascarpone.

    Arrange grilled pineapple with the cream on plates or a platter and drizzle honey before serving.
