Ingredients

  • 400 g pineapple (diced, fresh or canned)
  • 20 ml white rum
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 75 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 50 g nut nougat

Instructions

    Combine pineapple with rum, honey and lime juice and divide among four glasses.

    Whisk cream cheese with brown sugar until smooth. Whip cream to stiff peaks, fold into the cream cheese mixture and spoon over the pineapple cubes. Melt nut nougat, drizzle over the cream and serve.
