Ingredients
- 500 g Low-fat quark
- 300 g yogurt
- honey (to taste)
- 2 Bananas
- 0.5 lemon juice
- 400 g diced pineapple (canned)
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 100 ml whipped cream
Instructions

Peel the bananas, slice them and blend with yogurt, a splash of pineapple juice and lemon juice until smooth. Then fold in the quark and whisked cream.

Set aside some pineapple pieces and shredded coconut for garnish, then stir the rest into the creamy mixture. Sweeten to taste with honey and serve garnished with remaining pineapple and coconut.
