Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 60 g Roquefort cheese
- 80 g Serrano ham (thin slices)

Wash the pears, halve them and remove the core. Juice the lemon and mix the juice with honey. Brush the pears with this mixture and place them cut side up on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill another 3-4 minutes. Continue brushing with the lemon-honey mixture.

Arrange on plates, sprinkle crumbled cheese over the pears and top with ham slices. Serve immediately.
