Grilled Minute-Steaks with Toasted Bread and Sautéed Vegetable Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 thin pork cutlets (about 140 g each)
- olive oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- 1 tsp flour
- 200 ml meat broth
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme and parsley)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to grill mode with a rack (and a fat pan underneath).

Rinse the pork cutlets and pat dry. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the rack in the oven and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Meanwhile peel and slice the onions into rings; peel and slice the garlic into rounds. Cook both slowly in hot oil in a pan until golden brown. Dust with flour and deglaze with broth. Let simmer gently for a few minutes so the sauce thickens slightly. Add herbs at the end and season with salt and pepper.

Pour over the meat slices and serve.
