Ingredients
- 4 pork cutlets
- 3 untreated lemons
- 1 Garlic clove
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Salt

Rinse the cutlets and pat dry. Wash the lemons hot, dry them, and halve them. Squeeze juice from one lemon. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the lemon juice, oil, chili, and honey; toss the cutlets with the remaining lemon halves in this mixture. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Remove everything from the marinate and place on the grill, turning occasionally for about 12 minutes.

Add parsley to the marinade and sprinkle over the meat at the end, seasoning with salt.
