Ingredients

  • 800 g firm potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 500 g green beans

  • 4 pork chops

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.

    Wash the potatoes, peel if desired, and cut into even pieces. Toss with oil and salt, then spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven, turning occasionally, for about 30 minutes until golden.

    Wash and trim the green beans; leave whole or halve depending on size. Cook in salted water for about 6 minutes until tender. Drain and toss briefly in 2-3 tbsp olive oil just before serving.

    Rinse the pork chops, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little oil. Grill each side for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Serve the chops alongside the roasted potatoes and green beans.
