Grilled Mango with Yogurt Vanilla Sauce

Grilled mango with yogurt vanilla sauce from Spoonsparrow is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • liquid sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 Lime
  • 400 g small mango (2 small mangos)
  • 10 g butter (2 tsp)

Instructions

    Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and mix with the yogurt. Add sweetener to taste.

    Squeeze the lime juice.

  3. 3.

    Wash the mangos and cut the flesh into large slices away from the pits. Drizzle with lime juice.

  4. 4.

    Melt the butter in a grill pan. Grill the mango slices over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

    Arrange the grilled mango slices on four plates and drizzle with the yogurt vanilla sauce.
