Ingredients

  • 1 egg (small)
  • 60 g wheat flour type 1050
  • 6 tbsp sparkling water
  • 200 g sweet apples (1 sweet apple)
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

Whisk the egg in a bowl with a whisk.

  2. 2.

Sift the flour in spoonfuls. Finally stir in the sparkling water to give the dough a thick, slightly frothy consistency.

  3. 3.

Wash the apple, quarter it, core and peel. Cut each quarter into 2-3 thin slices.

  4. 4.

Dip the apple slices one by one into the dough using a fork, let them drip off, then fry each side in hot oil over low heat until golden yellow.

  5. 5.

Drain the fried apple slices on kitchen paper, let them cool slightly. Feed half immediately, store the rest covered in the refrigerator and serve the next day.
