Ingredients
- 800 g small potatoes
- Salt
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Organic lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and parboil them in salted water for about 15 minutes. While they cook, preheat the grill.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the lemon hot, pat dry, grate its zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix both with the garlic and oil, season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes, let them steam off, cut large ones in half if needed, and toss with the marinade.

Place the potatoes in a grill pan and grill, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Serve on small bowls or plates.
