Grilled Lamb Leg

Ingredients
- 40 g flat parsley
- 40 g coriander leaves
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Shallot
- 20 g Ginger
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 small lamb legs (about 350 g each, with bone)
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the parsley and coriander, shake dry, strip leaves from stems and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves, shallot, and ginger. Mix everything with the olive oil and cover in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).

Wash the lamb legs, pat dry, season with pepper. Brush some of the marinaded olive oil over them and place in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven, turning occasionally, for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes brush the lamb legs with the remaining marinade and herbs and roast for another 5-10 minutes. Remove, salt, and serve on hot plates with couscous and vegetables.
