Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 2 tbsp chives rings
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp meat broth
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 pairs Vienna sausages
- chives rings (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins for about 30 minutes, peel, let cool slightly and slice. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and wash the radishes, cut into 3 mm thick sticks.

For the dressing whisk vinegar with broth. Stir in mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil. Gently mix onions, radishes and potato slices with the sauce and let the salad rest for about 15 minutes, garnish with chives.

Warm sausages in hot water (do not boil) before serving.
