Ingredients
- 900 g lamb shoulder
- 300 g whole milk yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled crushed)
- Pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 6 small blue onions

Remove tendons from the lamb. Leave fat on for juiciness during cooking. Cut meat into about three-centimeter cubes. Mix yogurt, garlic, salt, cinnamon and pepper. Combine with meat cubes and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove white skin of peppers and cut into pieces. Peel onions and quarter them. Skewer alternating meat cubes with onion quarters and pepper pieces on wooden sticks and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Plate on dishes and serve with flatbreads.
