Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 50 g soft butter
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 Garlic clove
- Sea salt

Mix butter with the herbs. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then grate it with a bit of salt using the back of a knife. Add to the herb butter and mix well. Season with salt.

Cut the baguette in half and make several slashes. Fill each cut with some of the herb butter, then wrap both halves in aluminum foil. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, turning as needed.
