Ingredients
- 5 tbsp finely chopped wild garlic leaves
- 100 g Soft Butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 fresh baguette

Sprinkle ½ tsp salt over the wild garlic, chop again and mash well with a fork. Mix in pepper, olive oil and the soft butter until combined. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.

Cut the baguette lengthwise in half. Slice each half into thick pieces. Optionally toast under the oven grill for a few minutes. Spread the wild garlic butter on the baguette slices and serve immediately.
