Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, and remove the stems and seeds.

    Knead the ground beef with eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and plenty of pepper. With wet hands shape small meatballs. Brush the peppers lightly with olive oil. Skewer one pepper half and two meatballs onto each stick. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Grill on a charcoal grill or under an oven broiler until the meatballs are cooked through and the peppers have turned golden brown.
