Grilled Fruit Skewers

These grilled fruit skewers from Spoonsparrow are simply summer! Try this or other healthy fruit recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 200 g pineapple flesh
  • 1 pear
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 sprigs Mint

Instructions

    Peel the orange thoroughly and cut into wedges or bite‑size pieces. Roughly cube the pineapple flesh. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core, and cut into large chunks. Wash the strawberries and halve them. Alternate the fruit on 8 soaked wooden skewers and brush with oil. Grill over high heat, turning, for 5–7 minutes until cooked.

    Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and finely chop. Whisk yogurt with honey, lime juice, and mint. Serve the skewers with the yogurt‑mint dip.
