- 2 small honey melons
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- 300 g forest berries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Halve the melons and remove seeds. Brush the cut surfaces with oil and place them cut‑side down on a hot grill for 2–3 minutes.

Sift the berries. Mix honey, liqueur, and lemon juice, then stir into the berries. Fill the inverted melon halves (trim the tops if needed for better support), add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to each, and garnish with mint before serving.
