Ingredients
- 600 g cod fillet
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- vegetable oil (for the stone)
- 2 untreated lemons
- 2 untreated limes
- 1 handful herbs (thyme, marjoram, parsley)
- seasoning oil
Instructions

Rinse the cod, pat dry and cut into 8 roughly equal pieces. Season with salt and pepper and grill on a hot, oiled stone for 2-3 minutes per side.

Halve the lemons and limes and place them on the grill as well. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with seasoning oil just before serving.
