Pasta with Shrimp and Capers

Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp capers
  • 60 g grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g spaghetti

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel and finely chop the garlic, sauté it in oil, add the shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes over low heat, then stir in half of the herbs and mix in the parsley.

    Drain the pasta and combine with the parmesan and the shrimp mixture. Serve in warmed bowls, sprinkled with the remaining capers.
