Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 yellow zucchini
- 1 green zucchini
- 300 g small carrots (frozen)
- 200 g broccoli florets (frozen)
- 200 g cauliflower florets (frozen)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- lettuce leaves (for serving)
Instructions

Slice one side of each chicken breast fillet but do not cut through. Open the fillets and gently flatten between two sheets of foil. Season with salt and pepper, then spread honey over them. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Wash the vegetables; slice the zucchinis into rounds and thaw the remaining frozen veggies. Heat butter in a pan, add the vegetables, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
