- 600 g ground beef
- Salt
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 egg yolk
- oil
- wooden skewers
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- Baguette
Instructions

Knead the ground beef with a pinch of salt, pressed garlic, shallots, paprika and egg yolk, then shape into elongated balls. Thread them onto wooden skewers, brush with oil and grill slowly over high heat until golden brown all around.
