Ingredients
- 600 g red-skinned potatoes (cooked the day before)
- 4 stalks leeks
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 150 g each)

Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Split the leeks lengthwise and wash them (leave the roots if desired). Peel the garlic and press it into the oil. Add the rosemary, salt, pepper, and finish with lemon juice.

Rinse the meat and pat dry. Brush lightly with oil. Also brush a little oil on the leeks, then mix the remaining oil into the potatoes.

Grill the chicken fillets and leeks on a grill grate, turning every 6-8 minutes. Place the potatoes in a grill pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Arrange on plates and serve.
