Ingredients
- 750 g small squid (ready to cook)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp chopped mixed herbs
- olive oil
- white bread (for serving)
- lemon zest (for serving)

Wash and pat dry the squid. Cut the tentacles from the tubes, leaving them attached so that the body has an opening on the cut side.

Mix sheep cheese with lemon juice, cream, and herbs; season with salt and pepper. Fill the squid bodies with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks. Thread the tentacles onto wooden skewers.

Brush the stuffed tubes and tentacles with olive oil and grill all sides for 1–2 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Serve with white bread and lemon slices.
