Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ball buffalo mozzarella (125 g)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 8 slices baguette
- 2 handfuls fresh basil
- 8 slices cooked ham (prosciutto)
- Sea salt
- ground pepper

Peel and halve the garlic. Drain the mozzarella, cut it in half and then into eight pieces. Mix the olive oil with the herbs.

Brush one side of each bread slice with a little oil and grill on a hot grill for 1-2 minutes until crisp. Remove, rub with garlic, drizzle with olive oil and top each slice with a piece of mozzarella, two basil leaves and a slice of ham. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Grill another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve on plates.
