A green smoothie with spinach from Spoonsparrow delivers plenty of vital nutrients and keeps you fit.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 200 g frozen spinach (thawed)
- 2 limes (juice)
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 400 ml coconut water
- 4 tsp coconut chips (5 g each)

Clean, wash, and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Wash, core, halve, and chop the apples.

Add cucumber pieces, apple chunks, spinach, lime juice, spirulina, and coconut water to a blender and blend until smooth; add more water if needed. Pour the green spinach smoothie into four glasses and decorate each with 1 tsp of coconut chips.
