A green Sirtfood smoothie from Spoonsparrow is quickly mixed and delivers plenty of vital substances.

Ingredients

  • 10 g Ginger root (piece)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 apple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 50 g Baby Spinach
  • 2 sprigs lemon balm
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil

Instructions

    Peel and chop the ginger and kiwi into pieces. Wash and chop the apple, celery, spinach, and lemon balm.

    Combine everything with lemon juice, linseed oil, and 100 ml of water in a blender and puree very finely. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
