The berry smoothie with milk from Spoonsparrow is quick to make and always good as a snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g Blackcurrants
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 600 ml Milk

Instructions

    Sort the berries or pick the blackcurrants from the stems. Then wash, clean and drain them. Peel and dice the banana into thirds.

    Combine each type of berry with one-third of the banana and 200 milliliters of milk in a blender and puree into a creamy shake.

    Fill glasses with berry smoothie with milk and serve.
