This fruit-pepper-turmeric smoothie from Spoonsparrow tastes fruity-spicy and inhibits inflammation.
Ingredients
- 150 g Mango pulp
- 150 g Papaya pulp
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 Organic Orange
- 1 Organic Lime
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 300 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g raspberries

Cut the mango and papaya pulp into cubes. Clean, wash, and chop the bell pepper into pieces. Squeeze the orange and lime.

Puree the mango, papaya, and bell pepper with orange and lime juice, turmeric, flaxseed oil, and oat drink in a blender until smooth.

Wash the berries and pour them into glasses. Pour the smoothie over the berries and serve.
