Green Smoothie with Mint

The tasty Green Smoothie with mint brings a generous portion of green detox power into the glass.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 20 g kale (1 handful)
  • 1 apple
  • 20 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 4 sprigs Mint
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 30 g delicate rolled oats (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the spinach and kale. Peel, core, and dice the apple into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Rinse the mint, pat dry, and pluck the leaves.

    Add 400 ml water, lime juice, 1½ tbsp rolled oats, apple, ginger, spinach, kale, and half of the mint leaves to a stand mixer. Blend until very smooth. Pour the green smoothie into four glasses, sprinkle with remaining oats, and garnish with the leftover mint leaves.
