Pear Crumble

Ingredients
- 6 small pears
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 g butter
- 80 g dark brown sugar
- 150 g Whole wheat flour
- 75 g ground almonds
- 75 g ground hazelnuts

Wash the pears, quarter them, remove cores and dice the flesh. Mix with lemon juice and cinnamon.

Place the pear mixture in a pan. Stir and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes until the pears are lightly caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool slightly while stirring occasionally.

For the crumble, cut butter into small pieces. Add sugar, flour, and ground nuts; mix well until a crumbly streusel forms.

Spread the pear mixture in oven-safe dessert dishes and sprinkle with crumble. Bake the Pear Crumble in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
