Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 20 g fresh herbs (e.g., chives, parsley)
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 200 g whipping cream
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard, then cool, peel and roughly chop. Wash the herbs, dry by shaking, pluck and finely chop. Whisk the mustard with the whipping cream and sour cream, then fold in the eggs and herbs.
