Green Salad with Melon

Ingredients

  • 160 g field salad (2 bunches)
  • 80 g Arugula (1 bunch)
  • 150 g small radicchio (1 small radicchio)
  • 300 g watermelon
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and dry field salad, arugula, and radicchio. Tear arugula and radicchio into bite‑size pieces and combine with the field salad on four bowls.

    If desired, seed watermelon and cut into cubes. Add melon to the salad.

    Whisk balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, and olive oil for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper, pour over the salad and serve.
