Green Pineapple Tea

Green tea has been proven to act as a fat blocker. Pineapple amplifies the effect, creating a fruity fat burner.

Ingredients

  • 40 g dried pineapple (1 slice)
  • 1 heaping tsp green tea
  • 80 g fresh pineapple (1 slice)
  • sweetener

Instructions

    Finely chop the dried pineapple in a food processor.

  2. 2.

    Add the green tea to a small pot and pour 250 ml hot water over it. Cover and let steep for 5–7 minutes.

    Meanwhile, halve the fresh pineapple slice and finely dice half of it. Place in a cup and strain the hot tea through a sieve into it. Sweeten with sweetener and stir well.

    Garnish with the remaining pineapple.
