Refreshing and exotic mango smoothie with a Caribbean flair.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 4 sprigs Mint
  • 100 g Cream Yogurt
  • 400 ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Set aside 4 thin slices.

    Wash the mint and pat it dry.

  3. 3.

    Blend the mango flesh with yogurt, coconut water, lemon juice, and ice cubes until smooth.

    Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and garnish with mint and mango slices.
