Green Fruit Packets

Sweet fruit with aromatic spices – convenient fat‑free option. One portion meets the daily vitamin C requirement.

Ingredients

  • 200 g green seedless grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 300 g greenish pears (2 greenish pears)
  • 300 g small melon (e.g., Galia; 0.5 small melons)
  • 8 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

    Wash grapes, drain in a sieve, pluck from stems and halve.

    Peel kiwis and slice into rounds.

  3. 3.

    Wash pears, quarter, core and cut into wedges.

  4. 4.

    Pit melon with a teaspoon, cut into wedges and peel.

  5. 5.

    Peel ginger and finely chop. Break cinnamon stick into 4 small pieces.

    Cut parchment paper into 4 pieces of about 35x25 cm each.

    Divide grapes, kiwi, pears, melon and ginger into 4 portions; place one portion in the center of each parchment sheet.

    Add one piece of cinnamon stick and one cardamom pod to each packet and drizzle with 1 tbsp maple syrup.

    Fold parchment paper into packets and seal them closed.

  10. 10.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection: 160 °C, gas: level 2‑3) for about 15‑20 minutes. Transfer to plates, slightly open and serve.
