- 1 large onion
- 100 g diced belly bacon
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1.5 l meat broth
- 500 g fresh sliced green beans
- 4 firm potatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped bean herb
- 1 tbsp chopped marjoram
- 4 pork sausages
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Peel and dice the onions, sauté with bacon in vegetable oil, then add meat broth. Wash, trim, and cut green beans into strips. Peel potatoes, cube them, and add to the broth with the beans.

Add bean herb and marjoram. Slice pork sausages and cook at the end. Simmer until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
