Cucumber‑Potato Stew with Kassler

Ingredients
- 4 small salad cucumbers
- 350 g waxy potatoes
- 1 vegetable onion
- 350 g kassler
- 2 tsp Paprika powder
- 500 ml meat stock
- 0.5 bunch dill (dill flowers)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- cold‑pressed plant oil

Wash, pat dry and slice the pork into strips. Toss with paprika powder and mix well. Peel, wash and cube the potatoes. Peel cucumbers, trim ends, halve lengthwise, scoop out seeds with a spoon and cut into slices. Peel and chop the onion.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pot, sauté the onion while stirring, then add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the pork and pour over the stock. Bring to a boil briefly, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Add the cucumber slices and simmer for another 10 minutes. Roughly chop dill and sprinkle over before serving. Season with salt and ground pepper and serve hot.
