Ingredients

  • 700 g green string beans
  • Salt
  • 150 g seedless green grapes
  • 150 g seedless red grapes
  • 200 g blue‑veined cheese (chunky)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 150 g spring onions

Instructions

    Wash, trim and boil the beans in salted water for 8–10 minutes. Drain, shock in cold water and let drain well.

    Rinse grapes, pat dry and halve them. Crumble the cheese coarsely. Whisk lemon juice with oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Trim spring onions and slice diagonally into thin rings. Toss beans, grapes and vinaigrette together, plate, and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
