Ingredients
- 300 g rice
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 onion
- 250 g carrots
- 250 g celery stalks
- 250 g frozen peas
- 5 Tbsp plant oil
- salt (pepper)

Cook the rice according to package instructions, drain and let it dry well. Wash the meat, pat dry, slice into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean the carrots and celery, peel the carrots, cut both into thin slices.

Let the peas thaw. Brown the meat in 2 tbsp oil for 3 minutes, then add the vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the rice with the remaining oil, stir over high heat for 5 minutes to toast, seasoning with salt and pepper.
