Ingredients

  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp delicate oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries, pat them dry and trim.

    Peel the grapefruits, remove all white pith. If desired, set aside two segments with peel for garnish. Cut fillets between membranes, discard seeds, catch the juice. Squeeze out remaining flesh.

    Peel the banana, cut into pieces, add to a blender with strawberries, grapefruit fillets and grapefruit juice. Add yogurt, oatmeal flakes and maple syrup. Blend powerfully and pour into glasses. Serve the grapefruit smoothie garnished with a piece of grapefruit.
