Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp mineral water
- 2 tbsp kefir (or buttermilk)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (dill, chives, parsley...)

Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, mineral water and kefir. Fold in dill and chives. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the egg mixture in and let it set over gentle heat.

Fold the omelette together, cut in half, plate and serve immediately.
