Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp delicate oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries, pat them dry and trim.

    Peel the grapefruits, remove all white pith. Optionally set aside two segments with peel for garnish. Cut the fruit into fillets between membranes, discard seeds, catch the juice. Squeeze out remaining flesh.

    Peel the banana, cut into pieces, then blend with strawberries, grapefruit fillets and juice. Add yogurt, oatmeal flakes and maple syrup. Blend thoroughly and pour into glasses. Serve each smoothie garnished with a slice of grapefruit.
