Caramelized Almond Cream

Caramelized almond cream: Christmas magic in a jar – heavenly creamy and perfect for gifting.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp whole almonds
  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar powdered
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Finely chop the whole almonds and add them with the ground almonds to a hot pan. Add the powdered sugar and roast everything, stirring, over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.

    Add the cinnamon and vanilla powder and continue roasting for another minute.

    Heat the oil in another pan and pour in the remaining ingredients. Stir everything together well and briefly puree with an immersion blender.

    Let the caramelized almond cream cool slightly and pour it into a jar.
